Spacious house on a golf course

Spacious terraced house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the beautiful village of Rojales, Alicante, spread over 3 floors, with roof terrace and communal swimming pool. This lovely house is located on a private street and is within walking distance of LA Marquesa Golf, clubhouse, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Layout

The front of the house has a large terrace that offers beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains of the Sierra Crevillente. The main floor consists of a bright and spacious living room with fireplace, an open kitchen and a laundry room. Behind the house there is a terrace that provides shade on hot days.

On the ground floor there is the modern renovated master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and toilet.

A staircase leads upstairs to two bedrooms and a completely renovated bathroom, including a second toilet. The sunny and spacious roof terrace is located on the top floor.

A lovely house, ideal for golfers or families, with the amenities of a village on the doorstep and the beautiful beaches of Guardamar less than 10 km away.

The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is WiFi (fiber optic internet) and a television with a satellite receiver.

The kitchen has all amenities: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster.

There is a washing machine in the laundry room.

Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a cot.

Location

Distance to La Marquesa Golf, supermarket, restaurants and bars: 1km, 15 minutes walk. Distance to Rojales: 2km, 30 minutes walking. Distance to the beach: 8 km, 12 minutes by car (Playa Moncaya is a beautiful beach, when it is busy there is a large parking lot where you can park all day for 4 euros). Distance to Alicante airport: 36 km, 35 minutes by car.

climate
The Costa Blanca has a Mediterranean climate, with the least contrast in weather in all of Spain. There is very little precipitation throughout the year and the sun shines brightly every month. There are also few extremes to mention in terms of temperatures. Frost almost never occurs and extreme heat with temperatures of 40 degrees or higher is also not common in this part of the country.

The mild, dry winters and the pleasantly warm and dry summers are caused by a Mediterranean climate, with the Mediterranean Sea having a warming effect on the region in winter. This is reinforced by the presence of mountains and hills behind the Costa Blanca that retain the heat from the sea and block the cold from inland in winter.

Sights

Rojales is a nice village to walk around. The cave houses are definitely worth a visit. The first Sunday of the month there is an art market and almost all cave houses can be visited. Right next to the cave houses you can also view the shell house, the house is covered with around 550,000 shells.

Guardamar, Torrevieja, salt lakes with flamingos, Mar Menor, mud baths, Cartagena, Elche, Murcia.

Golf courses

There are dozens of golf courses in the vicinity. A small selection:

Bars and restaurants

There are several restaurants and bars next to the golf course and the supermarket. The Chinese restaurant Ali Babi is definitely recommended.

There are countless bars and restaurants in Rojales and the surrounding areas. Cosmo in the center of Rojales is a small, cozy and good restaurant. The Spanish restaurant El Resspiro in Rojales is well worth a visit!

Water parks

In Rojales you can find the fun and very popular water park Aqua Park Ciudad Quesada, less than a 10-minute drive from the house. The water park has several water slides and a spacious swimming pool for water fun for the whole family.

In the vicinity of Rojales you will find 2 other very nice water parks, which are also more than worth a visit! Also at these water parks you will find several swimming pools and water slides for the whole family, for young and old.

In Santa Pola you have Splash Park Rio Safari. A super fun location where water fun is combined with a zoo! Where you can also experience a real “safari tour” with your family. Highly recommended! The water park is half an hour away by car from the house!

Aquapark Flamingo in Torrevieja is also a very nice water park! If you or your children are a real water lover, then this water park is also highly recommended! The water park can be reached in less than 16 minutes by car from the house.
