Spanish, cozy semi-detached house in the quiet area of Fanadix in Moraira with communal pool. The swimming pool is a 1-minute walk from the house. The house is located on a cul-de-sac so no heavy traffic and very quiet. Walking distance (10 min downhill to beaches). By car max 5 minutes to all beaches, shops and restaurant. There is a large parking lot in Moraira where you can park for free. You can also park for free at the beach in the center.

Lovely south-facing garden/terrace with lots of privacy where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
House is fully equipped including air conditioning, new kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, wifi and internet with all international channels. The area is ideal for a sporty cycling holiday where you will find beautiful cycling routes along the coast or the beautiful hinterland.

The coast consists of many small bays of which El Portet, L'Ampolla and Andrago are the most famous. If you want to play golf, this area offers many possibilities. Ifach golf course is a few minutes' drive from the house and the Javea golf course is also highly recommended. Touring the hinterland by car is a fantastic experience with, among other things. Guadelest, Jalon valley and much more. Don't forget trips to both Alicante and Valencia. This is both an hour's drive away.

For the racers among us, you have the choice to fly to Alicante (80 km) or Valencia (125 km).
