Upon arrival, a private driveway through a closed entrance welcomes you, with parking for 2 to 3 cars. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting hallway, which leads you to the heart of the house. To your right, you will discover a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern amenities, including a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Next to it is the dining area, air-conditioned and seamlessly merging into the spacious living room. With beautiful high ceilings and rustic beams, the living room offers a cozy corner sofa, Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace. And you'll stay connected with free WiFi.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Climb the internal staircase to discover two complementary elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with a soothing atmosphere, comfortable double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe space. One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A shared bathroom completes the upper floor, with a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.
Step outside and discover the true essence of Mediterranean living, as Villa Solmar welcomes you to its enchanting private garden oasis, fully south-facing. Find your perfect place to relax and unwind, with spacious seating areas, a dining table for outdoor meals, and inviting sunbeds that invite you to soak up the Spanish sun. Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not allowed.
3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 22:00 are strictly forbidden at all times.
4: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are €30 per night.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
6: This property is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides additional security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, please feel free to contact us!
