A large kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and a small kitchenette on the lower floor. Additionally there is an outside toilet with washing machine and sink with access to the pool area.
Private 7x4m pool with stairs, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and barbacoa (barbecue area). There is also another large terrace with an extendable dining table and sofa. Private parking for 2 cars and ample space to park on the access road (dead end).
No pets allowed.
The distance to the harbor beach or El Arenal with restaurants, shops and bars is 4.5 and 6 km respectively, and to the city of Jávea 2.5 km.
