Casa Rembrandt Moraira private pool

Villa Rembrandt is a beautiful, modern and luxurious villa with heated private pool of 8×4 meters, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in Moraira.

The villa is only a 5 to 6-7 minute drive (about 3 kilometers) from the village center of Moraira and the Ampolla sandy beach. Supermarkets such as Aldi and Mercadona can be found in a minute or 2 drive.

The villa and the décor  is completely new! The site is closed by an electric gate so that you can park your car safely on site.

When you enter the villa you will find the living room with a 3-seater sofa and armchair, a dining area with 6 chairs, modern kitchen with luxury appliances (including Smeg), 1 bedroom with a double bed (180×200) with an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200) and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
The luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto and a coffee filter machine), orange squeezer, etc..

A staircase outside leads to the heated swimming pool, sun terrace and covered terrace. On this floor you will find a hall with a washing machine and an extra fridge, the 3rd bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Villa Rembrandt is south facing so you can enjoy the sun in the morning until sunset, you have a sea view and you can see the rock of Calpe de Peñon des Ifach. Around the pool you will find 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. On the sun terrace you will find a cozy covered area with a large dining table with 8 chairs and a gas barbecue. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning hot-cold. This makes the villa suitable for both summer and winter rental.

Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
In addition to all these luxuries, there is also free Wifi and E-pay TV.
