This lovely 4 person bungalow with deep fenced garden and communal pool has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on Calle Haya in Moraira within walking distance (1.3 km) of Moraira center and beach. Ideal! So you don't always have to take the car if you want to have a bite to eat or a drink in the center. It is located on the edge of a baranca so you can look out on beautiful plants and palm trees which gives it a tropical character. The large communal swimming pool is really around the corner from the bungalow. You walk directly to it through the gate of your garden !
This bungalow has a cozy living-dining room, with an extension of this a covered terrace with 2 armchairs and a dining area. Behind this you will find a deep garden where you can enjoy your siesta on the sun beds. And a gas barbecue should not be missing. In the bungalow you will find a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartments, kettle, Nescafe coffee maker, juicer and a toaster. In the basement you will find the washing machine. You can park your car under your carport right next to the bungalow. To complete the picture, there is fiber optic internet, wifi and Dutch television.

Cleaning costs
The final cleaning costs are 125 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2.50 euros per person per day with a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days. On arrival we would like to receive a deposit of 250 euros that you will receive back from us on departure with any damage made deducted from it.
