Villa Milano Moraira private pool

This new, modern and luxurious Ibiza style villa with private heated pool in the popular area of El Portet is suitable for 6 people and 1 baby. The villa is located just a 2 minute drive from the beautiful beach El Portet and 5 minutes drive from the village centre of Moraira electric gate you enter the grounds where you can park your car safely. When you enter the villa you enter the hall, where you will find the separate toilet on the left and right in front of you the beautiful staircase to the upper floor, into the modern and bright living-dining room with sliding doors to the terrace and pool and the modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer drawers, a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, orange juicer,  etc.. A beautiful staircase in the hall leads to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. The master bedroom has sliding doors and a balcony and ensuite a beautiful bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have new and very comfortable beds.
The living room and the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
From the living room, when opening the sliding doors, you enter directly onto the terrace with swimming pool. Here you will find a spacious sun terrace but also a covered terrace with a dining area with 6 comfortable armchairs and a barbecue. On the sun terrace there are 2 lovely comfortable sunbeds, a 5-person lounge set and two 2-person loveseats. You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron available, but also a tumble dryer.
