Casa Los Isleños upto 9 persons

This cozy furnished spacious holiday Villa with guest house and magnificent views is located on a large flat plot of 1200 m2 in the Benimeit district (also perfect for the elderly and children). From the covered Naya (as they say in Spain) with lounge area and dining table you look over the private pool to the village and the sea where you can see the sun rise. Behind the house is a large artificial grass field with goals for lots of fun.

Inside, the Villa is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning in all areas, washing machine, free wifi and TV with all Dutch channels from Canal Digital and an audio speaker via bluetooth. 
In bedroom 1 there is a large double bed of 180 by 200 cm.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single bed.

We finished our guesthouse on the ground floor in (2019). This offers space for 4 extra people.
It has its own entrance with extra sliding doors to the pool. It has a spacious bathroom and kitchen.
In the living room there is a double bed. The extra bedroom has a double bed.
We rent out our house in and excluding guest accommodation, Excluding guest house there are no other tenants present. If you rent the house including guest house, the price is 50% more expensive.

All rooms are equipped with a hot/cold air conditioning.
We also have TVs with canaldigital with all Dutch channels and free wifi.
A few hundred meters away is a small shopping center with a supermarket where you can get fresh bread rolls and many Dutch products such as chocolate sprinkles and peanut butter. In the garage there is a gas BBQ with an extra fridge and folding beds to take to the beach. The house is located on a winding road with electric gate and space for at least 2 cars on site and offers a lot of privacy.

The beach and center, Golf Ifach, tennis courts and fitness can be found within a few minutes drive. Beautiful places such as El Portet, Javea, Calpe and Valencia are nearby and are definitely worth a visit! For the winter visitors there is a pallet stove and electric heating.
