This attractive, typical Spanish villa with private pool and view of Golf Course "Club de Golf Ifach", is located in the beautiful quiet area of San Jaime. Close to the old and lively fishing village of Moraira. The villa was completely redecorated at the beginning of 2023!
In Moraira (about 4 km) there are many nice restaurants, terraces, bars, and there is a beautiful marina. There are several beaches in the area, from golden sandy beach to picturesque pebble beach. You can also take beautiful walks, for example along the coast. Here you have a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea with its steep rocks. The nearest (pebble) beach from the villa is Cala Baladrar and is 1.4 km away. You will also find a cozy beach bar here. The nearest large supermarket Pepe la Sal is 1.9 km away. The nearby sandy beach Playa de L'Ampolla is 4 km away.
Ground floor:
Living and dining room with air conditioning, luxury kitchen, utility room with washing machine, dryer and large freezer. There are also 2 bedrooms (each 2 persons) with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
Through the French doors you enter a covered porch, and the south facing swimming pool (8 x 4m). The surrounding sun terrace is equipped with sunbeds, and there is an outdoor bar, BBQ and outdoor shower. Since May 2025, there is a beautiful new table tennis table for lots of fun!
First floor:
Master bedroom (2 persons) with air conditioning with en suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
There is also a smart TV and large balcony with relax chairs.
The villa is accessed via the private driveway with entrance gate. You can park 2 cars on site at the back of the villa.
