Hacienda Benissa is a spacious hacienda that was completely renovated in 2023. The hacienda is a maximum of an hour's drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports.
The house has 6 bedrooms, all equipped with large double beds (180x200); Four of them have en-suite bathrooms, while two bedrooms share a bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the main floor, and two are in a separate apartment with a cozy sitting area – in the same building, but one floor below.
The living area includes a modern, fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area for 12 people and a large living room with direct access to the terrace and the 'naya' (covered terrace).
Hacienda Benissa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential area. This charming location is only about 1300 meters from the beautiful coast, 400 meters from the renowned Ifach Golf Club and a few kilometers from the bustling marina and the lively center of Moraira.
