Welcome to Casa Ca Va, our gem on the Costa Blanca. Between beach and mountains. In front of us Moraira and behind us a view of the Montgó and the Bèrnia mountains. And if you don't want to go to the beach or don't feel the need for a walk in the mountains, the tranquility of the house with the occasional refreshing dip in the pool is a wonderful interlude.
There is something to do here every season. Spain is known for its fiestas and Moraira is no different. Highlights in June are the fiestas of Moros y Cristianos. And if you want to spend a little longer in the car, Valencia is a great city break 90 minutes away. There is so much to see that it is advisable to add an overnight stay.
No matter how short or long you stay here, you will never be bored, nothing is mandatory, everything is possible. We enjoy it here every time.

Hello dear people, our story with Casa Ca Va begins in 2020, when we decide to take over the house from my parents, who had it built in 1979 and moved here in the mid-90s. In those years, Moraira was still a small fishing village with not even a harbor. That is different now, but still with the human dimension. That's why we love it.
Over the years, it has been renovated and modernized, with respect for the authentic character of the house. And we are proud of it!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
