CASA MILARA
With entrance from the street side, this is the top unit of Casalucka4enjoy.

This Casa provides sleeping accommodation for 6 people + possibly baby for which everything is available for free.

Casa Milara includes a spacious living room with open kitchen, 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower ensuite.
There are also 2 similar bedrooms with 2 x2 single beds and 1 shared bathroom with toilet.
Adjacent to the living room there is a large terrace of about 20m², part of which is covered and an open space with accompanying electric awning. Everything is available, large dining table, lounge for 6 people as well as BBQ on Gas.
There is TV Vlaanderen and free Wi-Fi.

The private swimming pool is one floor lower and on the lowest floor you can enjoy the sun on a large terrace with a large awning with plenty of sun loungers.

There is also an adjoining terrace in the shade where you can quietly enjoy a glass of wine while reading a book

We discovered this beautiful and very typical Spanish village, Jalon, about 15km from the seaside town of Calpé. Immediately we fell in love with the holiday home with private pool and 180° view of the green Jalon valley. For our sporty cyclists, cycling tourists, this is also the ideal base!
Our holiday home is divided into 2 separate units, the completely new Casa Stirio and Casa Milara which can be rented separately, except during high season.

Gas prices only for period 1/11 to 1/04, to be paid via deposit
Free electricity up to 10kwh / day, extra at 0.50€/kwh to be paid via deposit

Listed prices holiday home Casa Milara are for 2 persons
Deposit of 30 ´% of rent to be paid when signing the contract
Casa Milara is not for rent during high season
Code: 38766 for renting Casa Stirio from 1 to 6 people
Code: 38754 for renting Casalucka4enjoy for up to 12 people

Payment and cancellation

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be retained
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the arrival date and after payment of the full amount = > full deposit + 25% of settlement will be retained.
