On the first floor two bedrooms (both with a queen-size bed 160x200cm). Between the two bedrooms a spacious bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet. From the bathroom you have a view of the swimming pool and the Montgo mountain.

The master bedroom has sliding doors with access to a large terrace. From terrace unobstructed views of the swimming pool, the Montgo mountain and on the other side the castle of Denia.
The second bedroom has two French doors (French balcony) and an unobstructed view of a beautiful green area.

On the ground floor a bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) that can be put together to form one bed of 160x200cm. From the room French doors to the side garden.
This room can also be used as an office with an electric height-adjustable desk and a large 34-inch computer screen. Fixed internet connection (and Wi-Fi) available, ideal for working remotely without any problems (Workation). Right next to the bedroom/work-room is its own spacious bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet.

All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating, built-in wardrobes and shutters.


Outside:
Large modern covered terrace with seating area. Around the house the private garden and direct access to swimming pool in the beautifully landscaped central garden.
