Casa Bonita is an attractive and comfortable holiday home for up to 6 people, located in the popular Moraira on the Costa Blanca. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and multiple sunny outdoor areas.
Thanks to the south-facing garden, patio and balcony, you can enjoy the outdoors almost all year round. Take a dip in the large communal pool, relax on a sun lounger or sit down for a cosy barbecue in the evening.
The centre of Moraira, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and beautiful coves are all easily accessible.

The house
Casa Bonita has a living area of approximately 120 m² and combines the comfort of a modern holiday home with authentic Spanish details.
The house is light and spacious and has an attractive living room, open kitchen and various places to eat, relax or work quietly together.
The house has air conditioning and heating, making Casa Bonita not only suitable for a summer holiday, but also for a stay in spring and autumn or during the winter.
Outdoor living
The outdoors is one of the big pluses of Casa Bonita.
You enter through the lockable garden. Here you will find sun loungers, a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. From the garden you walk to the patio, where you can sit out of the sun.
On the first floor is a spacious balcony with a view towards the sea. Thanks to the various outdoor spaces, you can always find a sunny or shady spot during the day.
The garden, patio and balcony are south facing.
And of course there is the large swimming pool directly at the house.
The swimming pool is communal and has a shallow area. This makes it also pleasant for families with young children.
Living room & kitchen
The spacious living room is the cozy heart of Casa Bonita.
There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and armchair, television and an attractive gas fireplace for the cooler evenings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

From Casa Bonita you can reach the center of Moraira in about 5 minutes by car.

Moraira is also attractive in winter. During the day you can enjoy the Costa Blanca and its sunny outdoor spaces. On cooler evenings, the air conditioning/heating and gas fireplace provide a comfortable atmosphere inside.

Why we like Casa Bonita so much
We are Tom & Joyce and bought Casa Bonita in November 2022.
We have furnished the house as a place where we like to spend our holidays: comfortable, attractive and with many opportunities to live outside.
