The villa is spacious, cozy and as mentioned all on one level. It has 4 bedrooms with luxury box spring beds, 2 bathrooms with bath. A large spacious modern indoor kitchen with Quooker/ Bora. The outdoor kitchen with large Broil King (8-burner) and separate refrigerator gives a lot of coziness in combination with the comfortable open and covered outdoor areas.

It has a large covered pergola with fixed outdoor kitchen incl. refrigerator where you have beautiful and spacious views with a lot of afternoon and evening sun. 

The pool is completely new, private, modern with a lounge area in the water. Around it are comfortable sun loungers. In the evening, you can easily turn on the cozy garden lighting with 1 switch.

The property is completely walled including an electric gate.

Within 2 minutes by car or about 15 minutes walk you will find several different cozy sandy beaches, shops, weekly markets, restaurants and (cocktail) bars.

Together with the green, natural vegetation and beautiful views of the plot, it forms a beautiful whole for all kinds of holidays. Moraira is very suitable for an active holiday such as. (racing) cycling/mountain biking, hiking, motorcycling, golf and tennis/paddle. But also just to enjoy the peace, space, Mediterranean sea/water and sun.
