Casa Bilbao

Casa Bilbao is located on one of the first hills around and a stone's throw from the fashionable town of Moraira. Due to its central location on the Costa Blanca, it is ideally suited as a luxurious and comfortable base. It is a good place for a sunny golf holiday as well as for lovers of the beach and culinary delights. The beautiful hinterland of the province of Alicante is more than worth a visit. In short, something for everyone.

The detached villa is located on a quiet, dead end street on 800 m2 of private land with space for parking two cars on site. Around the south-facing villa there are several terraces, both sunny and shady, surrounded by palm trees and colorful Mediterranean crops, fruit trees and grape vines, all with views over Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea. The attractively furnished house has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny conservatory. Naturally, the house is equipped with all modern conveniences and is suitable for occupancy by four people, including internet connection, a washing machine and satellite flat screen TV with all Dutch and German channels. Quite recently, a completely new, semi-open kitchen was installed, equipped with all conveniences, including an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and bottle drawer, a dishwasher, a combi microwave/grill/oven, a toaster, excellent cooking and eating utensils, etc.. .

You can have a delicious breakfast on the illuminated terrace, or dine under the pergola at the four-person table. A Weber BBQ is available. There are three very private terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Depending on the season, the fruit trees bear citrus fruits, quads, peaches and nectarines and there are grapes. For golf enthusiasts, the lower garden has been transformed into a chip & putting green, complete with bunker

Extra option: in spring and autumn (April-June/September-November) the swimming pool can be heated. If desired, you will receive the swimming pool at 23° and, depending on the weather conditions, it will only cost you 2 to 8 Euro per day in electricity to keep the swimming pool water at that temperature or to heat it further to a maximum of 25°. If it cools down a bit in the evening in early spring or late autumn, you can build a romantic fire in the Bargas wood stove with ventilation and heat the house. In addition, each (living/bedroom and bathroom) room is equipped with an electric convector. In the summer the house is wonderfully cool and the two air conditioners hardly need to be used.
A supermarket, various shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance (300 m) from the villa. A little further away, but still easily accessible, you will find the larger, very well-stocked supermarkets. The characteristic center of Moraira with luxury boutiques, cozy bars and good restaurants is only 1.2 km away.
Casa Bilbao is about an hour's drive from Alicante airport and five minutes from Valencia airport. The wonderful beaches of Playa Moraira and La Fustera are respectively 1.2 and 6 km away. The golf course Ifach is only 3 km away from the house. The golf course of Javea at 8 km or La Sella at 15 km are also worth a visit. The villa is about 12 km from the A7 motorway.

General rental conditions are:

rental period
The rental period is at least one week and runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival in principle from 5 p.m. Departure Saturday no later than 10:00 am. Deviations from this regulation only and expressly in consultation with and after permission from the lessor.

Deposit & down payment
Upon payment of (the remainder of) the rent, a deposit of €300 will be charged. This deposit, less the electricity used, will be refunded within 14 days after inspection and
cleaning of the villa. The deposit is 40% of the rental price, with a minimum of € 300 upon acceptance of the rental agreement. The payment of the remainder of the rent must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 40% of the net rent is due with a minimum of € 300. If canceled within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the full
booking amount due. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse access to the villa if the tenant has brought a pet.
