The 50 m² saltwater swimming pool can also be heated, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip all year round.
The fully fenced property of 8,000 m² offers complete privacy. Here you can enjoy peace and freedom, while you can visit the hustle and bustle within a few minutes. Close the gate behind you and you are in your own private paradise.

The picturesque village of La Romana is close by and offers cosy dining options and a supermarket.
Within 10 minutes you can drive to Elche, ideal for a day of shopping in the large shopping center L'Aljub.
Around La Romana you will find beautiful vineyards, almond and olive trees and a wide variety of flora and fauna. Various walking routes have been set out in this beautiful area. The area is also excellent for cycling trips. Every season colors the landscape in a unique way!
Alicante airport is only a 35-minute drive away and the most beautiful Spanish beaches can be reached in about 40 minutes.
