The villa has air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas (with the exception of the conservatory that also offers sleeping accommodation for two people), a spacious living room (including Sonos and Bluetooth speaker system) with open kitchen, three bedrooms including comfortable beds, two bathrooms (including bath), high-speed internet/WiFi (also outside) and TV (including chrome cabinet). The 50 m² saltwater swimming pool can also be heated, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip all year round.
The fully fenced property of 8,000 m² offers complete privacy. Here you can enjoy peace and freedom, while you can visit the hustle and bustle within a few minutes. Close the automatic gate behind you and you are in your own private paradise.

The picturesque village of La Romana is close by (walking distance) and offers cozy eateries and a supermarket.
Within 20 minutes you can drive to Elche, ideal for a day of shopping in the large shopping center L'Aljub or a visit to the Palm Forest. Within 45 minutes you are in Alicante. Alicante is one of the most popular cities on Spain's Costa Blanca — and for good reason. It combines beach, culture, good food and a laid-back atmosphere in a way that is ideal for many people.
Around La Romana you will find beautiful vineyards, almond and olive tree fields and a wide variety of flora and fauna. Various walking routes have been set out in this beautiful area. The area is also excellent for cycling trips. Every season colors the landscape in a unique way!
Alicante airport is only a 35-minute drive away and the most beautiful Spanish beaches are a 40-minute drive away.
