Welcome to Casa Regalo, an attractively furnished and spacious holiday villa with guest house, located on a spacious plot of 900 m² in the quiet Puerta del Valle district in Murla. From the covered veranda with comfortable lounge area and spacious dining table you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the private pool, the village and the surrounding mountains. Here you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset every day. On hot days, the extendable awning provides pleasant shade.
Behind the villa is a large artificial lawn with goals, ideal for children to play while relaxing by the pool.
Inside, the villa is fully equipped. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and in addition, the house has air conditioning (hot and cold), a washing machine, dryer, free wifi and a television with Chromecast.
Bedrooms villa:
- Bedroom 1: king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 2: king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a toddler bed (70 x 160 cm)
- Bedroom 3: two comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be placed together if desired.
Guest house:
On the ground floor there is a fully self-contained guest house with its own access to the swimming pool. The guesthouse can accommodate up to four additional people and features:
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- two spacious bathrooms;
- a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed;
- a bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm).
Within a radius of five kilometers you will find several supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, restaurants and other amenities. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, has an electric entrance gate, parking for at least two cars on site and offers a lot of peace, privacy and security.
The beaches of the Costa Blanca can be reached within about 20 minutes. The attractive towns of Moraira, Jávea, Calpe and Dénia are also a short drive away and are definitely worth a visit. In the winter months, the pellet stove provides extra comfort, making the villa also very suitable for a relaxing stay outside the high season.
Casa Regalo is the ideal place for families, couples and anyone who wants to enjoy peace, nature and the Spanish outdoors. To maintain this relaxed atmosphere for all our guests and the neighborhood, the villa is not suitable for parties, events or noisy gatherings.
