This cosily furnished, spacious holiday villa with guest house and stunning mountain views is located on a large plot of 900 m2 in the Puerta del Valle district. From the covered veranda with lounge corner and dining table you look over the private swimming pool to the village and the mountains where you can see the sun rise and set. If the sun is too hot, you can dim it with the sunshade. Behind the house is a large artificial lawn with goals for lots of fun.
Inside, the Villa is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, free wifi and TV via chrome cabinets.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed of 180 by 200 cm.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed of 180 by 200 cm. There is also a toddler bed of 70 by 160 cm in this bedroom.
In bedroom 3 there are 2 single beds of 90 by 200 cm. These can also be pushed together.
On the ground floor you will find our guesthouse. This offers space for up to 4 extra people.
It has its own entrance to the swimming pool. It also has 2 spacious bathrooms and a kitchen.
In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons. The extra bedroom has a double bed of 180 by 200 cm.
A few hundred meters away is a small shopping center with a supermarket where you can get fresh bread or look for a cozy restaurant. There is also a Weber BBQ for you to use. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with an electric gate and space for at least 2 cars on its own property and offers a lot of privacy.
The beach is a 25-minute drive away, as well as the beautiful towns of Moraira, Javea, Calpe and Valencia are nearby and are definitely worth a visit! Central heating is available for winter visitors.
