Beautiful ground floor bungalow with a beautiful patio near the beautiful beaches of La Mata. Only 300m walk to the famous La Mata beach. This pearl of a bungalow is located 5 kilometers from the center and the nice boulevard of Torrevieja. Very suitable for disabled people, as a driveway has been created and it is therefore on one level.

The bungalow has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nice double bed, air conditioning and a large built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as a washing machine, electric stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator and kettle.
The bathroom has recently been completely modernized.
The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, sofa bed, television, dining room and chairs.

We are a young family from Eindhoven (Netherlands). We have a beautiful ground floor bungalow for rent in La Mata if we cannot use it ourselves. We are very accessible, we excel in our communication and service. We want to make it as a tenant to your complete satisfaction. See you soon!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
