Villa Orquidia is a charming holiday home, located in the quiet area of Benissa Costa, perfectly suited for up to six guests. Ideally located less than a five-minute drive from the beautiful Cala Baladrar beach and a large supermarket, it offers both convenience and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The villa is set in a beautifully maintained garden with several inviting seating and lounge areas, ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. An outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue makes alfresco dining a real delight, while on the lower part of the plot a private circular swimming pool awaits complete with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for a refreshing swim during the day.
The house is distributed over two floors, which offers privacy and comfort. From the street, steps lead up to the upper floor entrance, where you step into a bright, glazed naya with large windows that offer stunning views over the garden and surrounding neighbourhood. This inviting space flows into the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a dining area. To the left, a hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
On this floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a wardrobe (no air conditioning), and another with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes the upper floor.
Downstairs, a separate studio offers extra privacy with a double bed, air conditioning, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
Villa Orquidia also offers free Wi-Fi and private parking under the carport. Free parking is also available on the quiet street. Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the towns of Moraira and Calpe in a short time by car, making it an ideal base for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca.

- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
