This villa is within walking distance of the town center of Moraira and is located in a very quiet area. The plot is flat and has a driveway to park 1 car, and has a private garden and a great pool.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The spacious living area is fully equipped with a beautiful kitchen with bar and a separate dining and living area. All rooms are air-conditioned. Underfloor heating has also been installed, very comfortable in winter. The rooms on the south side of the villa all have modern sliding doors that give access to the garden and swimming pool.
The villa is equipped with a 300 Mb (upload and download) internet connection (via fiber optic), and is available via WIFI.
On the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the entire area and even the sea. In the garden there are several sun loungers, a lounge set and a gas BBQ for a nice meal.
