The house is literally located on the Granadella park and offers a magnificent view of the pine forest, yet is only 4 km (8 minutes by car) from the Arenal boulevard. The south facing position means that the house and the pool are sunny all day and all year round. A spacious swimming pool of 9x5 meters with lighting and a large, beautiful Mediterranean garden complete the paradisiacal picture. The unique location offers an exclusive environment with complete privacy, and the entire house and garden are on 1 level.
In addition to 3 spacious bedrooms, the house has 2 modern bathrooms, a spacious modern kitchen and a covered naya. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The house has a living area of 180m2, and the plot measures over 1,200m2.
The property has fast internet (fiber optic) with good coverage throughout the house (incl. all bedrooms) and the pool terrace. In addition, the house is equipped with 2 smart TVs (all main streaming apps and a wide range of Dutch, Flemish and British channels), and central heating.
The living room has air conditioning and fans, a smart TV and comfortable seating.
The luxury kitchen is particularly well equipped, with a work island, breakfast bar, extensive cooking utensils, an induction plate, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, blender, airfryer, sandwich maker, hand mixer and rice cooker/steamer. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer and 2nd refrigerator. Also present is an ironing board and iron.
The master bed room has a Kingsize double bed of 180x200. The room is also equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. There is also a desk, so this room can be used for working. In addition, there is a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower), hairdryer and curling iron.
The 2nd bathroom also has a rain shower and a bathtub with whirlpool.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed of 160x200, an air conditioner and fan. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds of 90x200, and also its own air conditioning and fan.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. There is also a cot and high chair available.
The spacious covered veranda (naya) on the south has beautiful Tosca arches, lounge seating and a dining table. In the summer the doors of the naya can be opened and in the colder months closed to create a pleasant conservatory.
The location of the house offers excellent accessibility, with a fast connection to the Arenal, but also to the Granadella beach, several supermarkets and a fresh bakery.
The property is fully fenced and is equipped with an automatic gate with remote control and sensor. The entrance has ample private parking, as well as a carport to keep the car cool in the summer months.
You will be warmly welcomed by our hosts who will hand you the keys, show you around the house and answer your questions about Javea. In consultation with our hosts, arrangements can also be made about check-in and check-out outside standard hours, and interim cleaning and changing of linen (for an additional fee). The host is also available for questions or possibly. assistance during your stay.
The villa is ideally suited for both families (swimming pool, high chair, cot, fully fenced), and seniors (all on 1 level, security, tranquility, privacy, comfort, swimming pool, beautiful spacious garden, park view). But also for teleworkers (good internet and separate workplace in 1 of the bedrooms).
However, due to the quiet neighborhood, the villa is not suitable and therefore not available for groups of young people and (bachelor) parties, etc.
Of course, you can receive visitors, but it is not allowed to receive larger groups of people consisting of several households during their stay, or to have visitors stay overnight in the villa.
Due to the danger of forest fires, barbecuing with coal is not allowed, but there is a gas BBQ available that can be used all year round.
There is no charging station for electric cars and it is not allowed to charge electric cars from sockets in the house.
The property has an alarm system with 3 indoor cameras that can only take pictures, and are only focused on common areas. The system is switched off during rental, and the cameras can be covered with rotating caps, so your privacy is fully guaranteed! The system has an SOS button in case of emergency. Outdoors there are 2 security cameras, at the entrance and at the back of the house. These cameras do not have a view of the pool, pergola and sun terrace side of the house, and are also switched off during rental.
