Located at the end of a private street, you will find this beautiful 3-room villa in the quiet, residential Panorama area of Javea. The house is literally located on the Granadella park and offers a magnificent view of the pine forest, but is still only 4 km (8 minutes by car) from the Arenal boulevard. The south-facing location means that the house and the swimming pool are sunny all year round. A spacious swimming pool of 9x5 meters with lighting and a large, beautiful design garden complete the paradise picture. The unique location offers an exclusive environment with complete privacy, and the entire house and garden are on one level.

In addition to 3 spacious bedrooms, the house has 2 modern bathrooms, a spacious modern kitchen and a covered naya. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The house has a living area of 180m2, and the plot measures over 1,200m2.

The house has fast internet (fiber optic) with excellent coverage throughout the house (including all bedrooms) and the pool terrace. In addition, the house is equipped with 2 smart TVs (all the main streaming apps and a wide range of Dutch and Flemish channels as well as channels from many other countries), and central heating.

The living room has air conditioning and fans, a smart TV and comfortable seating.

The luxury kitchen is particularly well equipped, with a work island, breakfast bar, extensive cooking utensils, an induction hob, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, blender and air fryer. In the utility room there is a washing machine and 2nd refrigerator. Also available is an ironing board and iron.

The master bed room has a king-size double bed of 180x200. The room is also equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. There is also a desk, so this room can be used for work. In addition, there is a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and curling iron.

The 2nd bathroom has a shower and a bath with Jacuzzi.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed of 160x200, air conditioning and fan. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds measuring 90x190, and also its own air conditioning and fan.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mosquito screens. There is also a cot and high chair available.

The spacious south-facing covered veranda (naya) has beautiful Tosca arches and lounge seating furniture. In summer the doors of the naya can be opened and closed in the colder months to create a pleasant conservatory.

The location of the house offers excellent accessibility, with a fast connection to the Arenal, but also to Granadella beach, several supermarkets and a fresh bakery.

The house is completely fenced and has an automatic gate with remote control. The entrance has ample private parking, as well as a carport to keep the car cool in the summer months.

You will be warmly welcomed by our host who will hand you the keys, show you around the property and answer your questions about Javea. Arrangements can also be made in consultation with our host about check-in and check-out outside standard times, and interim cleaning and change of linen (for an additional charge). The host is also available for questions or if necessary. assistance during your stay.

The villa is ideally suited for both families (swimming pool, high chair, cot, fully fenced) and seniors (all on 1 level, safety, tranquility, privacy, comfort, swimming pool, beautiful spacious garden, view of the park). But also for teleworkers (excellent internet and separate workplace in 1 of the bedrooms).

However, due to the quiet neighborhood, the villa is not suitable and therefore not available for groups of young people, bachelor parties, etc.

The house has an alarm system with 3 cameras that can only take photos and are only aimed at communal areas. The system is switched off during rental, and if desired, the cameras can also be covered with on-site covers, so your complete privacy is guaranteed ! The system has an SOS button in case of emergency.
