With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, patio with outdoor kitchen and two verandas, it offers all the space and comfort you need. It also boasts a private pool and terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views.

Our home welcomes you with a touch of Ibiza style, infused with a personal touch. The beautifully renovated kitchen and sleek bathrooms offer all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing stay.

With its location just a 1-hour drive from the bustling heart of Valencia or Alicante, and a short distance from picturesque Pego (10 minutes), the lively city of Denia (20 minutes) and the beautiful beaches of Oliva (15 minutes), our house is the perfect base for your unforgettable holiday. As a family, we have been connected to our Casa for more than 20 years, on Monte Pego on the beautiful coast. This is where we got married and our children partly grew up here. For us, this house is the embodiment of the good life, where we relax, enjoy the good life and make beautiful memories together. We know the area inside out and are happy to share our secret addresses with our guests, so that they too can experience the magic of this place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Depending on the date of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge; between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental price, 30% of the rental price will be charged; between 59 and 30 days before the start this is 75%; and less than 30 days before the start, 90% of the rent is due. If the renter cancels on the start date or during the rental period, the full rental price remains due.

Cancellations must be made to La Casa Familia Monte Pego by telephone and confirmed simultaneously by email indicating the booking reference number.
La Casa Familia Monte Pego will then send you a cancellation confirmation.
Cancellations or modifications by La Casa Familia Monte Pego. The company reserves the right to cancel or change the rental due to important reasons, such as circumstances that make it unreasonable to fulfill the agreement. In such a case, an alternative date will be offered, if possible. If the tenant does not accept it, this must be reported within 3 working days, after which the paid part of the rent will be returned. If the cancellation or change is caused by the renter, the damage will be borne by him. If La Casa Familia Monte Pego is responsible, it bears the costs.
