In this lovely villa with swimming pool you have all the privacy and tranquility. From the villa there is a beautiful view over the bay of Granadella and the impressive Montgo mountain. There are several terraces around the house and pool where you can enjoy both the shade and the sun.
The villa is located in the upper district of Balcón al Mar a short distance from the lighthouse of Cap de la Nau which still acts as a beacon for the boats at sea.
The beautiful bay of Portichol with the characteristic blue doors and the trendy restaurant Cala Clemence is only 2 km/5 minutes away. Or head to the idyllic Cala Granadella, located between the cliffs, considered one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Blanca, 4 km/10 minutes away. These bays with pebble beaches are ideal for a real snorkeling adventure.
If you want to put your feet in the sand, choose the famous sandy beach El Arenal 6 km / 12 minutes away with the cozy boulevard with many trendy restaurants, terraces and shops. Here you can also rent a boat or jet ski.
The center of Javea with cozy streets and squares is 5 km away. Also 5 km away you will find the 9-hole golf club with not only a practice green and driving range but also 2 tennis courts and a clubhouse.

In 2010 my wish came true and I bought a villa in Spain and converted it into a lovely holiday home. Javea was always a favorite place for me, because of the green surroundings and the clean air. The environment is very diverse, from small and idyllic to more commercial.
The intention was to let others enjoy this nice house as well. With an 8.4 score, I did this for 14 years through another site, but I missed the direct contact with guests. Hence the switch to Micazu.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Electra
125 kWh of electricity is included in the rental price per week. In the event of additional consumption, 0.30 per kWh will be charged to you and deducted from the deposit. Overview of daily consumption is recorded.
Water/ Gas
Included in the rental price.
Central heating (only in cold periods)
When used €50 per week.
Wifi
Fiber optic available and included in the rental price.
Bed linen and towels
Included in the rental price. One set per rental period.
Cancellation
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, the landlord must be informed immediately. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period 65% is due and in case of cancellation from 6 weeks to the start date of the rental period or later and in case of no-show 100% is due
