This luxurious detached villa is surrounded by a beautiful and very private garden, the villa also has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Maestros has been offered for rent since 2022, has been completely renovated and is fully equipped. We have a fantastic and unique property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a beautiful plot completely fenced. Due to the good location you can enjoy the sun all day long and relax at our new and beautiful swimming pool.

Due to the use of attractive materials, our house exudes a cozy and warm atmosphere that is missing in most holiday homes.
In the "Ibizastyle" kitchen, you will find two large fridge-freezer combinations, you can also enjoy cooking on our 5-burner gas stove with a large electric oven, in addition, of course, there is a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle. fully equipped, utility room with washing machine & dryer

The total of five bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable double beds, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The 2nd & ^3rd bathroom are both equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. all bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning on remote control

There is also a camp bed and a high chair in the villa

In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa, a TV and a large dining area. Walking outside you enter our beautiful and fantastic naya where you can relax with a view of the sea.

Our covered outdoor terrace has a long sofa, tables and chairs, from there you can walk down a staircase and you will reach the swimming pool with several sun beds and a 2-person lounge bed, the swimming pool offers a lot of privacy because it is lower, we also have another terrace with a seat and a hammock where you can relax, we also have a special BBQ corner here.

With the exception of the bedroom in the basement, the villa is wheelchair-friendly, the location of the villa is perfect. It is about 10 minutes by car to the beach of Albir. In 5 minutes by car you are in the center of lively Alfaz

Mandatory additional costs:
During your stay we provide linen, the beds are made upon arrival and there is a towel package, the costs together for this amount to € 17.50 per person. The villa is also cleaned before your arrival so that you can fully enjoy all the days you stay here . These cleaning costs amount to € 225.00 once
The above are fixed mandatory additional costs because we want to adhere to a certain quality standard.

For this you will receive a nice clean house on arrival, your beds will be made and you will receive a towel package per person. Also included is that the house is cleaned inside and out upon departure. It is the intention that you leave the house tidy when you leave, but this goes without saying!
You pay a deposit of € 750.00 in advance and if things are broken or the villa is not left tidy, we will settle this with the deposit, of course we do not assume this!
Upon arrival, the inventory list and the state of the electricity will be discussed with you. These will be checked again after departure, electricity consumption of € 0.50 per KWh will be deducted from the deposit and if nothing else has been lost, you will receive the rest of the deposit back.

If you would like an extra package of linen and towel package, the costs can also be € 17.50 per person

Because we are very proud and very economical of our beautiful villa, we have a critical selection of tenants. For example, we do not accept youth groups. In Spain it is also mandatory that everyone hand in a copy of their passport for the police and the municipality. You do not have to do this, we request a copy from you when booking and do that for you. But this does mean that there is always a chance that they will check whether the information provided is correct and whether the persons reported are also present.
