Villa Moralet - lots of peace and space

Villa Moralet offers you peace, space and a large private swimming pool. The authentic Spanish Finca Alicante can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms). 

The house is in a wonderfully quiet and detached location. The villa has stunning views over the city of Alicante. Due to its location on a mountain, there is a wide view over almond and olive groves. In the distance you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The yard is large (1500 m2) and fenced with a stone wall. In the yard there are palm trees, fruit trees, many flowering plants and shrubs. You can swim laps in the outdoor pool and a night swim is also possible. The house has a spacious veranda,  several seating areas and plenty of sun but also shade.

The house is equipped with wifi and has no less than 2 air conditioning installations. In the summer they provide cooling and in the winter they also serve as heating. Each bedroom has 1 or more fans. The cozy fireplace (wood) which is present in the living room can be used in winter to heat the house.

The property is located 15 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca (San Juan and Campello).  In 10 minutes you are in the center of Alicante and less than 45 minutes you  are in the center of Benidorm or Torrevieja. In the area you can go hiking  or mountain biking in the mountains and even reach the top of the mountain(s). Dogs can also walk freely in the yard and be walked in the great outdoors.  Villages in the vicinity are San Vicente del Raspeig and Agost. Couples and families with children will particularly appreciate the location. Having a car is a must.
