Since 2010 I am the owner of this fine Spanish Villa. Since then, I have seen Javea grow into the beautiful and fine place it is today. To this day I enjoy the beautiful view of the region, the Montgo and beautiful sunset time and time again.
The area is very diverse, from commercial and grand to small and remote, an old town, restaurants galore, it's all there. Add to that the green nature and clean air in this region. It's the complete picture that still makes this environment so much fun for me.
Over the years, the house has always been kept up to date, so that you walk into a lovely house of this time with all conveniences. The garden has plenty of privacy, lovely swimming pool and beautiful plants. I love a modern look and that real holiday Ibiza feeling. My children still enjoy going here, but also enough space to share this nice place with you if you are interested.
