A lovely place in Javea: Our lovely villa is located in the quiet residential area of Pinosol, just a 5-minute drive from the Arenal.
Detached, with a large garden with swimming pool and a truly beautiful view of the Montgo and the hilly surroundings with its characteristic white houses.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor are the entrance hall, dining room with space for 8 people, small but complete kitchen, two bedrooms (one with large double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the second floor the conservatory with access to a small terrace, the living room with fireplace and large TV, an office, two bedrooms (one with small double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and wc, one with large double bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, both the dining room and the living room have air conditioning.
Outside a large garden, with swimming pool, pergola with luxurious lounge sofas and an outdoor living room with a large dining table and two comfortable sofas. Parking is available under the carport on site.
Also suitable for two befriended families or a holiday with family, because you basically have your own floor. The upper floor can be locked separately.
