Villa Sabina is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, the beautiful seaside village of Moraira, with beautiful beaches, a wide range of restaurants serving typical local and international dishes. Plenty of activities and several golf courses nearby. Alicante International Airport is 90 km away and Valencia is 120 km away.
The villa has two floors. On the first floor you will find a living/dining room, fitness room and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool. Furthermore, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor, the living room with large dining area, spacious kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, two more bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room and the spacious living and dining room, kitchen.
There is also an outbuilding with bathroom and living room annex bedroom with two single beds.
On request, 5 more beds can be added in the various bedrooms.
The large terrace with heated swimming pool, solar and heat pump, with automatic roller cover, showers, covered barbecue and large lounge pérgola can be reached through the living room and the kitchen. The whole is surrounded by beautiful plants and measures approximately 400 m2.
The villa is quietly located in a residential area in a small dead-end street.
Hotel service
Housekeeper included. She works from Monday to Saturday, carries out the work between 9.00 am - 2.00 pm. She makes the beds, does the laundry (possibly also your clothes) and cleans where necessary. Working hours can be changed in consultation.

Wheelchair accessible
The villa and the large terrace are accessible by wheelchair via the driveway and the garage.
The pool has a chair lift and a rampa can be placed in the pool on request. There is an adapted bathroom on the ground floor of the villa and in the annex.
