Casa Leana is a luxury holiday villa with heated swimming pool and sea view for up to 9 people in lovely Javea/Xabia, on the Costa Blanca. It is close to the beach and the bustling boulevard El Arenal. Javea is about an hour's drive from the airports of Valencia and Alicante.
Casa Leana has an open dining/living room, separate round with seating area by the fireplace, a kitchen/diner with table and bar, 4 bedrooms, 3 renovated bathrooms and a separate toilet with bathroom furniture. The bathrooms all have a rain shower and heating.

American fridge (with water filter, ice cubes and shaved ice), wine cooler, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, citrus press, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso machine for coffee and milk frother.
Smart TV via streaming or Canal Digital, good fiber optic WiFi. A Sonos system to play music via your phone or laptop. Furthermore, a round fireplace corner with (electric) fireplace, but also table tennis, sunbeds, parasols, lounge chairs and a spacious dining table inside and outside. Optional private heated pool
There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. There is a sea view and the Montgo can be seen at the front of the garden. The house also has 5 air conditioners and 8 ceiling fans. There is also a safe and a camera and alarm system.
Casa Leana is located in a spacious residential area close to the bustling Arenal beach. There is also plenty to do for children, such as playgrounds on the beach. A little further along the coast is the cozy old harbor with nice shops and restaurants. Javea has several beautiful beaches; from picturesque rocky beaches in a bay to a more extensive sandy beach. There are lovely authentic villages and regional and flea markets in the region. There you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a terrace! All this between the friendly Spaniards. The surrounding places are also nice to visit, such as the port of Moraira and Denia. Ferries go from Denia to Ibiza, among others. Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante, these cities are also definitely worth a visit!
Sporting activities in Javea include: Golf, tennis, padel, mountain biking, walking, diving and snorkeling. You can also rent watercraft, a canoe or boats (with or without a boating license/captain)
The weather in Javea and the surrounding area is among the most stable on the Spanish coast. The weather here is pleasant almost all year round! There are more than 300 sunny days per year!
The gardener and swimming pool man will maintain the garden and swimming pool 1 to 2 times a week as standard. So that everything remains neat and clean during your stay. During your stay, the house can optionally be cleaned and the beds/linen changed for a fee! There is also a washing machine and dryer (and ironing board/iron), which may also be used by guests.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the local hostess and shown around. There will be a welcome package with possibly a welcome gift for accompanying children, some practical items and something tasty to eat and drink, so that you can immediately toast to a wonderful holiday!

-One cot (up to approximately 15 kilos) and a high chair are available free of charge on request. A second one is optionally available for rent.
-Fair use: internet, water, gas and electricity; max 50 Kwh per day and max 1 gas bottle of 35 kilos of gas per week for partial hot water supply (the first 150 liters is electric) and possible heating through radiators. There is no charger for electric cars at the villa! However, an electric car can be charged at various places in the village.
-Max 2 dogs are allowed in consultation. There are 2 crates available, the garden is fenced and there will be treats ready for the dog(s). We assume that dogs are well trained and do not go on sofas, chairs and beds and do not cause any nuisance. 75 euros per dog is charged.
