A house where family spends time together. A beautiful place that we enjoy with good friends. A home where we spend holidays with our family. Located on the Montgo with lots of privacy, beautiful views and sounds of nature. But also close to civilization, beaches, chiringuitas. As a bonus, in the summer the youth can also mingle with the local nightlife.
The villa has been thoroughly and completely renovated in a year's time. We have decorated it the way we like it. The garage has been converted into a very spacious kitchen, which is connected to the patio and the Montgo thanks to the large doors and windows. Both inside and outside there are dining tables where 12 people can sit.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace on the valley side. Through this terrace an external staircase leads to the garden where the swimming pool is located. The living room has two sets of patio doors leading out to the naya (covered terrace) which in turn flows into an open terrace. The naya is the heart of this floor in the summer months. Adjacent to the living room is a separate office with patio doors to the patio and views of the Montgo. If you have to work or study, you can do this in peace.
From the hall you walk through an inner door and stairs to the lower floor. This floor also has its own entrance/front door. The living room is connected by French doors to a naya that continues into a large terrace. We have also created three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The indoor kitchen has been replaced by a bar/kitchenette on this floor. The outdoor kitchen is very close. The kitchenette has a double sink, microwave, fridge, nespresso and kettle.
The outdoor kitchen is fully covered and has a large sink with hot/cold water, a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a large outdoor table for 12 people. From this terrace you can walk into the garden or to the swimming pool. On this floor is the technical room where there is also a washing machine and dryer.
All rooms have air conditioning. The doors and windows have a tilt position and a mosquito net against flying vermin. Also, all windows and doors have mechanical blinds. The water in the house runs through a water softener. There is its own large water reservoir to ensure cash pressure at full occupancy. The house also has an alarm system, outdoor cameras and Wi-Fi in and around the house. Oh and yes solar panels of course. After all, the house is facing south.
In the garden there are various types of large palms, olive trees, carob trees, aloe vera, cacti, flowering bougainvillea, jasmine and passion flowers.
The lower part of the garden will be done in the spring.
