The brand new and spacious villa (12 + 3 persons*) inspired by the "Ibiza style" is characterized by sleek modern lines. The shapes of the house stand out nicely between the beautiful rock gardens, round Gaudi mosaics and the large playfully shaped three-sided swimming pool in which everyone can relax.
The spectacular (heatable) subtropical swimming pool is wheelchair accessible and therefore has
a gently sloping area with access stairs and seating, ideal for the children who will have hours of fun there. However, the avid swimmer can also go deep into the water for a sporty lap.
The swimming pool is flanked by the terraces which are situated on the level of the 1st floor of the house, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the vast vineyards. On the horizon you can just make out the contours of the village of Moraira, bordered by the much-sung azure Mediterranean of the Costa Blanca in Spain

The 1st floor, where the lounge, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located, is equipped with a refined climate control system with which the temperature of each room can be regulated as desired.
In the high and spacious salon of allure, with glass sliding doors to the Naya (covered terrace), you can flatter yourself in the comfortable black leather sofa while looking at the 38 inch screen which receives many channels via satellite.
The adjacent spacious and fully equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave and dining area with beautiful regal chairs, also has glass sliding doors with access to the terraces where plenty of table space has been created for holding a large dinner. dinner.
