On our first visit we had already lost our heart to Javea with its many beautiful bays. It took several years before we were able to find this gem. The beautiful view of the sea and the peace and class of the environment make us happy every day. If you want a little more exercise, you can reach the bustling bustle of the Arenal, Puerto or old town with many trendy bars and restaurants in 15 (car) minutes. The perfect place for a dream holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
    • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
    • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.

In addition to a lounge area and dining table under an awning, there are also sunbeds, a SPA, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. You don't have to leave the house, so to speak.
The outdoor kitchen is behind a roller door and has access to an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and sink.
The outdoor shower is wonderfully cooling or nice before and after using the Spa.
The living room is spacious and cozy with the colors of the area. The dining table is extendable so you can eat with six people.
