La Brisa is very quietly located in one of the best locations of Javea, south facing with spectacular panoramic sea views.

  • main level: large living room with sea view with fireplace, compact kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, refrigerator with freezer, electric coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, mixer, ...), 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (2 single beds 90x200cm and one with a double bed 180x200cm), separate guest toilet
  • -1 level: renovated (spring 2025) guest room (double bed 160x200cm) with children's room ensuite (2 single beds), bathroom with sink/walk-in shower/toilet.

On our first visit we had already lost our heart to Javea with its many beautiful bays. It took several years before we were able to find this gem. The beautiful view of the sea and the peace and class of the environment make us happy every day. If you want a little more exercise, you can reach the bustling bustle of the Arenal, Puerto or old town with many trendy bars and restaurants in 15 (car) minutes. The perfect place for a dream holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
    • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
    • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
