Our house is located in the charming fishing village of Moraira, in the sought after area of Pla del Mar, between Valencia and Alicante. Here you can enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and the Spanish sun. And who knows, you might even take a dip in the clear water!

Our house is located in a quiet urbanization with 30 villas surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a large communal swimming pool with children's pool and tennis court. This makes it the perfect place to completely relax. And thanks to its proximity to two fantastic beaches, including the spectacular El Portet, water fun and sunbathing are always close by. Here it is possible to rent boats or jet skis. The pleasant center of Moraira, with shops and various restaurants, is about a 20-minute walk away.

On two floors, recently renovated and modernly furnished, our house offers you everything you need. The top floor (ground floor) has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large covered terrace of 20 m2 with a fantastic unobstructed view. The ground floor (basement), accessible via an exterior staircase, borders the garden and has an extra bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry/storage room.
Our house is fully equipped, including a luxury kitchen, comfortable new double box springs, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, excellent Wi-Fi and smart TV, and air conditioning in the living room.

For the active holidaymaker, the area is perfect for cycling and walking tours. Our villa is therefore an excellent base to explore the beautiful surroundings.
