The kitchen is open plan and equipped with all modern appliances. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the various terraces. The master bedroom downstairs, with full bathroom ensuite, has a large double bed and ample closet space. The modern bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and rain shower. From this bedroom you step through the sliding doors onto the terrace and you have a view of the Mediterranean landscaped garden. On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, rain shower), 2 single beds and plenty of closet space. The bedrooms are located on a balcony with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Looking for shade or the sun? There is something for everyone. The terrace at the front is spacious and invites you to relax in the shade on the lounge set. From the lounge set you have a view of the infinity pool. On the side of the house you will find the outdoor kitchen with large dining table where you can dine until the late hours. At the rear, a lovely spot in the shade has been created. The infinity pool is truly fantastic. 10x5 meters with a sloping bottom to 2 meters depth. There is also a shallow area where you can sit in the water. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers complete privacy. You can park your car on your own secluded property, next to the villa. The villa is less than 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk from the sandy beach and the pleasant boulevard with nice terraces, restaurants and clubs. A large supermarket can be found just a 5-minute walk away.
Alicante airport is 1 hour away and Valencia airport is 1 hour 20 minutes.
