On the ground floor you will find the cozy living room with spacious sitting area, TV and large dining table where you can easily sit with 8 people. The kitchen is open and equipped with all modern appliances. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the various terraces. The large bedroom downstairs, with complete ensuite bathroom, has a large double bed and ample closet space. The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and rain shower. From this bedroom you step through the sliding doors onto the terrace and you have a view of the Mediterranean landscaped garden. On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, rain shower), 2 single beds and sufficient cupboard space. The bedrooms open onto a balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Looking for shade or sun? There is something for everyone. The terrace at the front is spacious and invites you to relax in the shade on the lounge set. From the lounge set you have a view of the infinity pool. On the side of the house you will find the outdoor kitchen with a large dining table where you can dine until the late hours. A lovely spot in the shade has been created at the rear. The infinity pool is truly fantastic. 10x5 meters with a sloping bottom to a depth of 2 meters. There is also a shallow part where you can sit in the water. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers complete privacy. You can park your car on your own screened area next to the villa. The villa is less than 5 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk from the sandy beach and the pleasant boulevard with nice terraces, restaurants and clubs. A large supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
Alicante airport is 1 hour away and Valencia airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
