We are a Belgian family who were seduced by the enchanted environment and welcoming atmosphere of Javea.
The wonderful Mediterranean climate (Javea has no less than 300 days of sunshine a year), the green surroundings and the location near the sea were the reasons why we bought our holiday home here.
We are happy to welcome you and are convinced that you will love the authentic Spanish atmosphere and the diversity of the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The tenant pays a deposit of 30% of the rental price at the time of booking.
The balance is paid 45 days before the arrival of the tenant.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 45 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price (= deposit)
In case of cancellation from 45 days (inclusive) to the day of the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent
