Our charming and attractive house is located in the lee of the Montgo mountain, which makes it pleasant to stay even in autumn and winter. It offers beautiful views over the valley and is located in a quiet residential area in Jávea, near the beautiful 27-hole golf course of La Sella. 

Layout of the house:

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, an open kitchen with all the comforts, a patio and a large covered terrace with breathtaking views over the valley of Jávea. The terrace is furnished with a new dining table, chairs and a comfortable lounge set. There are also two spacious bedrooms with box spring mattresses and a modern bathroom. The bathroom also has the washing machine and dryer. 

Through an open staircase in the living room you reach the first floor, where you will find a large bedroom with a box spring mattress, a private bathroom and a beautiful view over the valley. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with the same travertine tiles on the walls as on the floor. 

There is also a staircase down from the living room. On the ground floor there  are fitted wardrobes for the outdoor kitchen and the entrance to a covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a large fridge / freezer, beautiful travetin counter top, a dishwasher and a luxurious Weber Genesis gas barbecue. There is a large teak monastery table with eight comfortable chairs.

From the outdoor kitchen you walk over on the south facing terrace to the sunny swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) and the almost flat garden of 1,800 m2, with a large lawn. 

The garden is an oasis of peace, with fruit trees, grape plants and several decades-old trees that provide shade and beautiful views of the Montgó and the valley. In the evening, the palm trees in the garden can be attractively illuminated.

Next to the pool and outdoor kitchen, you will find a luxurious outdoor shower with hot and cold water, as well as a separate toilet.

The floor tiles in the house, around the house, the outdoor kitchen, the veranda and the pool terrace have been replaced by beautiful, sand-colored travertine tiles.

Since 2022, there has also been new central heating by means of an energy-efficient Vailliant 125/6 heat pump.

We, Marion and Erwin, have been coming to Javea for more than 30 years. We enjoyed all those years of holidays in this region and have seen many houses. But when this house came on the market, we immediately knew it was the perfect place for us. The location is ideal, on the sunny side of the Montgó mountain, with beautiful views over the valley and yet a relatively flat fully landscaped garden. With a lot of love we have renovated and furnished the house into what it is today.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price does not include cleaning costs.
The cleaning costs are € 225.00.

We also ask for a € 400.00 deposit. This amount will be refunded immediately after your holiday, unless damage to the house or contents has been found. The electricity consumption is deducted from the deposit. 

We ask for an advance payment of 50% of the rent. After receipt of this deposit, the reservation is final.

Information about Jávea / Xàbia Xàbia (also referred to in Spanish as Jávea) is a fishing village that has become a major tourist destination on the Costa Blanca. Xàbia is located about halfway between the Costa Blanca, between Calpe (Calpe) and in Dénia. The old core of Xàbia is not directly on the water, but about a kilometer inland. Here in the old narrow streets of mass tourism little noticeable. Here you will find beautiful buildings such as the church of Sant Bartomeu and Santa Anna Chapel. Who wants to visit the old town of Xàbia to keep in mind that parking is not always easy to find. The Port Customs Enforcement del Mar consists of two parts: the marina and fishing port. In the morning the fishing boats come ashore here to bring many tons of freshly caught fish at the fish market. The tourists mostly stay along the long coastline of Xàbia and the urbanisations full villas. The entire coastline of Xàbia is about three kilometers long. The main beach is Xàbia Arenal (Platja de l'Arenal). Around this fine sandy beach is a promenade with many restaurants, cafes and shops. On the beach you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds if you want. On the north side of Xàbia is a pebble beach La Grava. This small beach know as the busy Arenal own promenade with pleasant terraces. Despite its smaller size, the La Grava beach is less crowded than the Arenal beach. Between these two beaches is Muntanya I. This is a beach of large pebbles interspersed with large areas of rocky. In this quiet piece of Xàbia are some chilled out beach bars where you can enjoy the fantastic views over the sea. Near Xàbia are beautiful natural areas. The Montgó mountain offers a height of 753 meters a beautiful view over Xàbia. These mountain helps ensure wind and bad weather Xàbia achieve less easy. From Montgó you can see are the 90 kilometers away island of Ibiza on clear days.
Discover the Costa Blanca by bike: from the coastline between Dénia and Calpe to the rugged interior with its challenging climbs and quiet mountain villages. Cyclists enjoy iconic routes and panoramic views, while MTB riders indulge themselves on unpaved paths through natural parks and citrus groves. Here, the sea, sun and mountains merge into a paradise for every cyclist.
Enjoy the lively market and bodegas in Jalón, wander through the whitewashed streets of Llíber and taste the silence among the vineyards. In Benilaurell, the "Balcony of the Marina Alta" awaits you, with breathtaking views and the impressive Barranc de l'Infern. Authentic villages where nature, tradition and Mediterranean charm come together.
Crystal clear waters, rugged cliffs and the charm of the coast: discover La Barraca, with its fishermen's houses and views of Portitxol, and Granadella, famous for its turquoise bay. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or a Mediterranean lunch in a restaurant by the sea, it's all possible.
