Casa Majo - House with garden near the beach

The white house in Mediterranean style (equipped for 4-5 people) is unique due to its central location in Javea on Avenida Auguste (250 meters from the sea/boulevard), combined with the privacy that the house and the spacious garden - with front and rear entrance - on the South. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area, a separate room with air conditioning and television, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are two bedrooms (spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed and balcony and a bedroom with two single beds), both with air conditioning and a bathroom with walk-in shower (completely renovated in May 2023). A steep staircase takes you to the top floor where a fifth sleeping place and a workplace have been set up (although I hope the work is not too bad and you will have a lot of time to enjoy yourself). There is also air conditioning here. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is WIFI, a smart TV and SONOS speakers.

The lovely south-facing garden has several seating areas, including a dining area under the naya (roof) and a lounge set (with awning), so you can choose whether you want sun or shade. You can also choose to lie in the hammock from which you can admire the Montgo (the characteristic mountain range of Javea) or cool off under the outdoor shower. Feel free to pick oranges if in season and taste them. Filling a vase with flowers from the garden is of course also allowed. You can also use the large communal swimming pool, the children's pool and the whirlpool.
Casa Majo is the perfect place where you are very close to the hustle and bustle, but if you need to, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the privacy that the garden offers you.

From Casa Majo, all amenities (beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. A car is useful for visiting the beautiful snorkeling bays (including Cala Barraca and La Granadella) or for a visit to the surrounding area: Valencia, Gandia Alicante, the shopping center in Ondora or the hinterland (waterfalls and castles).
Unfortunately, pets and groups under the age of 25 are not welcome. The house is also non-smoking.
