Finca La Higuera

Finca La Higuera has it all! A plot of 2,600 m2, space in and around the house. Privacy, light, greenery and: the sea! A bit of the 'in the campo' (countryside) feeling and yet restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities close by, including a free sports park in the shade of the pine trees on the coastal road at the end of our street.
THE HOUSE:
Finca La Higuera, located between Moraira and Calpe, is named after the giant fig tree in the valley and was once an authentic, traditional Spanish finca. It was completely remodeled in 2008, preserving as much of the original Spanish style as possible.  
Our beautiful bright and spacious villa offers sleeping accommodation for 8 adults. There is enough space and privacy for everyone.
The top floor consists of a living room with a spacious sitting area, a large dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen.
This living room is adjacent to a lovely terrace with a lovely covered naya, where you can enjoy a romantic dinner with 8 people or BBQ by the illuminated pool. You also have shade here all day long. From the entire terrace  you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and the valley. Sunbeds are available for you. On this floor there are two large bedrooms, both with patio doors and a bathroom en suite. One of those bedrooms is adjacent to the terrace with swimming pool and outdoor shower. Lovely outdoor showers with a view of the sea...
An internal staircase leads down to the next large living room (a 'lounge chill area'). Downstairs you will find two even larger bedrooms, both with a bathroom and toilet. All beds are wide single beds. This living area also has its own private terrace; a patio in the beautifully landscaped palm garden.
The house is equipped with comfortable furniture, unlimited wireless internet and television.
In short, a very well-kept villa.
In several places around the house there are nice terraces, both in sun and in the shade, with many (27) beautiful palm trees.
From the terrace of your  PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (8x4) you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the valley. You will mainly see blue (sea and sky) and green (valley) around you.

THE AREA
Finca La Higuera is located in a somewhat rural area, you get there the last 200 meters via a dirt road, but it is certainly not isolated.
At a distance of 2 minutes by car you are at the supermarket, several nice beach cafes (for example Coral beach bar, where you can have lunch with your feet in the water) and at good restaurants and sports facilities. A free outdoor sports park is located at the end of our street.
The house is ONLY 1,800 METERS TO THE SEA, which is to walk. The nearest beach is the popular sandy beach "La Fustera". In the summer you can also have a nice lunch or drink there. If you want to go to a larger sandy beach, you can reach Calpe beach within 5 minutes. There are also many beautiful intimate rocky bays (Calas) that you sometimes have almost all to yourself, even in high season
(snorkeling and diving). Do you like hiking? Within 15 minutes you are in the Bernia Mountains, there are beautiful hiking trails with beautiful sea views, it is also a very popular cycling area, . Do you like the city; Valencia, Denia, Alicante are a short distance away. Benissa itself is also absolutely worth a visit. The Costa Blanca offers plenty of possibilities, even with children. Everything is there for a perfect holiday.
