The complex is completely fenced and consists of a large garden (which has already won several awards) and a fantastic large communal swimming pool of approximately 40 x 20 meters including a children's pool.
The house is only a 7-minute drive to the charming old town of Javea and approximately 12 minutes to Playa Arenal, the sandy beach with a pleasant boulevard of Javea. The larger and well-known town of Dénia, with about 20 kilometers of sandy beaches, is about a 15-minute drive away.
For golf enthusiasts, the 9-hole golf course La Sella Golf is a 3-minute drive away and Club de Golf Jávea, also 9-holes, is a 15-minute drive away. And for water sports you can go to Jávea, where it is possible to rent a boat and/or jet ski. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are also easily accessible for a visit, both approximately 1 hour's drive from the house.
If you travel by plane you can fly to both Alicante and Valencia. You can make nice trips to surrounding towns, such as Moraira, Altea, Calpe, Benissa.
Casa Leon is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and the layout is as follows;
- A cozy living room with all amenities including air conditioning
- An open kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- A dining room in the conservatory where you can sit in the sun behind the glass even on colder days.
- From the open kitchen you step onto your own private terrace with lounge set and a few steps further you reach the beautifully lush garden of the complex including the enormous communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is approximately 40 by 20 meters with different depths, a children's pool and waterfall.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed 160 x 200 in one bedroom and 2x single beds 90 x 200 in the other bedroom. Including air conditioning, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and extraction.
- From the conservatory you walk down a staircase into the private garden and have access to the separate studio (independent bedroom with an en-suite bathroom). The studio has a double bed 160 x 200, air conditioning, shower, toilet and cupboard.
- In addition, the house has a large garage with washing machine, dryer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, sun loungers for the pool, cool box for the beach, etc.
