Welcome to Casa Timo!
Our beautiful and cozy holiday home in Jávea (Xàbia) on the Costa Blanca in Spain.
Casa Timo is very sunny and quietly located in a residential area (Toscal) and is a 5-minute drive from the beach and boulevard Playa del Arenal.
The villa is on one level, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers space for 6 people. Our house is wheelchair accessible.
The house underwent renovation at the beginning of 2024. In addition, both bathrooms have been renovated and all windows have been replaced and fitted with double glazing and most of them have been fitted with persianas (roller shutters).
Casa Timo is located on a fully fenced plot of approximately 1000m2 and has a beautiful garden with borders, lawn and a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) with spacious terrace, garden furniture, outdoor shower and BBQ. In the summer months you also have access to sunbeds and parasols.
Directly at the house there is an open and a covered terrace with lounge set, from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
During your stay you can use WIFI for free.
The living room is comfortably and homely furnished, has a satellite TV with both Dutch and foreign channels and a music system.
The bedrooms all have a fitted wardrobe, persianas and a fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The washing machine is also located here.
In short, the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in Jávea!
