CASA ROSANNE is an attractive Spanish villa, built in 2000 and recently completely renovated while retaining its authentic Mediterranean character. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences and is located in the quiet urbanization of Les Fonts, in a beautiful location between Jávea and Moraira.
From the terrace and around the pool you can enjoy a wide view over the green valley, the surrounding mountains and the charming village of Benitachell. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Spanish outdoors.
Thanks to its central location, you can reach both Jávea and Moraira within about 10 minutes. The beaches and attractive bays of the Costa Blanca are about a 12-minute drive away and the nearest supermarket can be reached within 5 minutes. The golf course is also nearby. For hiking and nature lovers, there is a beautiful nature reserve just a 5-minute walk away.
Lots of space and privacy
Casa Rosanne is particularly suitable for families with older children, two couples or a stay with, for example, grandparents. The main part of the villa features the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and is connected to the lower guest house via an external staircase.
Here are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable double beds of 180 x 200 cm, a private sitting area and a second bathroom. This gives everyone plenty of space and privacy, while you still stay together in one villa.
Enjoy the Spanish outdoors
The villa offers a lot of privacy and has a spacious private swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. Directly in front of the villa is an attractive covered terrace with a large dining table and comfortable lounge set: the ideal place for an extensive breakfast, long lunch or dinner on a warm summer evening.
Around the pool there are several seating areas, sunbeds and nice shaded areas. The new outdoor kitchen completes outdoor living and is equipped with a charcoal barbecue and pizza oven. From the outdoor kitchen you have a direct view over the pool and garden.
There is ample parking space for several cars on site.
Comfortable and fully furnished
Casa Rosanne has air conditioning in the living room and all three bedrooms with luxuriously equipped very comfortable beds. Both the living room and the master bedroom are equipped with a flat-screen TV. A good wifi connection is available in and around the villa.
The two attractive bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
