Costa Blanca. A large beautiful garden with lawn and gravel, spacious terraces, a private swimming pool of 5 x 9 m. and beautiful unobstructed panoramic views of the mountains (Montgo) and valley. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area, guaranteeing 100% privacy and tranquility.
Casa Japara has a sunny location and can accommodate up to 6 people. The villa and garden are on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible. Casa Japara is located on a fully fenced plot of approximately 2000m2 and has a private swimming pool with spacious terraces, garden furniture, including 6 sun beds, 2 outdoor showers, an outdoor kitchen and a covered BBQ. Directly at the house is a large veranda with lounge set and dining table. There is also a separate outdoor kitchen with attractive seating. Both the pool and the terraces can be attractively lit in the evening.
You have a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the beautiful Montgo (Elephant Mountain).
The living room is spacious, comfortable and homely furnished. There is a music system and you have access to a Smart TV with Airplay and Chromecast and the NL Ziet app for casting and simply watching Dutch television with or without your mobile device.
The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning, new beds and mattresses, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and wooden shutters. Casa Japara has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is en suite to the bedroom with a double bed. The comfort and the vicinity of the beach, restaurants, places to shop, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a suitable villa to celebrate your holiday with family and/or friends.

We were a family of 4 - (kids 5 and 7) and had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Cynthia and Rolf were so helpful, the communication was excellent and we felt very well informed at all times. The villa was so well equipped and felt like a cherished home rather than just a holiday house. It was in a safe, quiet area that was so peaceful with amazing views of the Montgo - this is the first view we've seen that made us realize why it is called elephant mountain - you can see the elephant eyes, face and trunk from the garden! We visited Arenal, Calpe and Granadella beaches and the fun markets at Jesús Pobre and Javea but mostly we liked to stay in the beautiful villa. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby in Javea (Volta I Volta, Tasca rebotica) and surrounding areas (can sueno - 50 mins drive in to the mountains - a bucket list event!) - we made memories for a lifetime here and hope to return again one day! Thank you!

Explanation of prices


If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Jávea
Javea is located on the north coast of the province of Alicante, in the Marina Alta region. It is a perfect place to enjoy nature, the sea and culture. Jávea offers a wide range of landscapes, ranging from the valley between the Montgó and Cape Nao, to the Saladar Plain and Cape San Antonio. The Montgó, the most prominent peak with a height of more than 750 meters, protects Jávea from storms from the north. Cape Nao, the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Jávea has a coastline of more than 20 kilometers with beaches and coves of sand, gravel or rocks. The Arenal beach, the most popular and visited, has a promenade full of amenities and recreational activities. Other beaches are Portichol, Granadella and Barraca. There are also coves such as Tangó, Ambolo and Granadella, ideal for diving and snorkeling.

In addition, Jávea has a rich historical and cultural heritage, visible in its monuments, museums and fiestas. The old city center has retained its medieval layout, with buildings such as the church-fortress of San Bartolomé, the town hall and the market. The fishing port, dating from the 15th century, is home to the Church of Our Lady of Loreto, donated by the British and unique for its shape that mimics a ship.
