This lovely holiday home with private swimming pool has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace and is located near what experts say is the most beautiful bay on the Costa Blanca; El Portet. Villa Colina is a spacious holiday home with a good outdoor kitchen , a large terrace with a dining table, where you can spend many pleasant hours. Under the naja is a lovely lounge set to read a book in the shade or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The fully enclosed garden has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

Inside Villa Colina
The living room has a comfortable seating area, television with Dutch channels and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher , oven, combination microwave, 4-burner, and coffee maker (cups). You also have the utility room where the washing machine and dryer are located. Villa Colina has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1: one double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet, double sink and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: one double bed. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: is on the first floor and has a double bed. The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. From this bedroom you enter the balcony through the French doors. The villa has WiFi and air conditioning .

Outside at Villa Colina
Villa Colina has an outdoor living area with beautiful sea views. The house has a very beautiful spacious garden. Outside you have a covered terrace where you can enjoy a delicious dinner that you have prepared in the outdoor kitchen . The terrace has a dining table and lounge set. Next to the terrace you will find a beautiful private swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. Around the private pool you have lovely sunbeds to enjoy the beautiful weather. Next to the swimming pool you will also find an outdoor shower. Outside there is covered parking for two cars.

Practical information
Minimum stay of 7 nights.
In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.
