Holiday house


Our holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization close to the village of Moraira.
Moraira beach is approximately 5 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk.
Many other beaches can be found in the vicinity of Moraira.
Moraira has nice shops and restaurants.
Several supermarkets are easily accessible by car in the area.
Moraira is a good starting point for hikers and cyclists. There are also plenty of other activities to undertake. There are 2 golf courses nearby, the tennis and padel courts are within walking distance (5 minutes) and there is also plenty to do for water sports enthusiasts.
Day trips from Moraira are possible. For example with the ferry from Denia to Ibiza or Formentera. The cities of Alicante or Valencia are also an option for a day trip.
The house has been used with great pleasure by us as a holiday home since the 1970s.
There are 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, double sinks and separate toilet. ( renovated in 2022 )
The living room opens onto a terrace (with table and 6 chairs) and from there you can take a large staircase to the garden where the swimming pool and various terraces are located.
The kitchen was also completely modernized in 2022 and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Washing machine and drying lines are located on the garden level
An ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner are provided.
The living room has a TV with Dutch channels. Also use of free WiFi network.
The house consists of 2 floors. The lower part, at garden level, was made suitable for habitation by my parents a few years ago. This space is not rented, is not accessible to tenants and is not occupied during the rental period.
The top floor, at street level (here is the front door / entrance) is rented out.
Via the terrace off the living room, a spacious staircase leads you to the well-maintained garden. Here is the spacious swimming pool with terrace and 6 sun loungers and the outdoor shower. In addition, there are 2 more terraces at garden level. One with a large table with 6 chairs and one with a nice lounge set and parasols.
We are very happy to come here ourselves and hope that you will have a pleasant time in our holiday home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: 
Between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period 25%
Between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period 50%
Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100%

Linen package € 18.50 per person mandatory, will be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit € 650.00
Final cleaning € 150.00 to be paid in cash on site.
Power consumption: first 50 kwh included above € 0.45 per kwh. Will be deducted from the deposit
