Casa el Sueño (the dream) is a wonderful family home that lives up to its name on all sides. The location, the view, the beautiful light and the vistas caress the eye and immediately provides that wonderful "dreamy" holiday feeling upon entering. The house has 100 percent privacy once you pass through the gate. It is located in a remote corner of El Rafalet overlooking the village of Benitachell, which can be seen beautifully illuminated at night on a hill further away. Everything is there, nothing is necessary and yet everything you could wish for is close by. The villa with 1200m2 of land around it is divided into 2 apartments with all amenities. Upstairs is a spacious apartment with a lovely covered terrace, a naya and a courtyard. The living room has a cozy open kitchen. With an adjacent utility room and a guest toilet. In addition, there is a separate lockable sleeping apartment with 2 bedrooms, office anex bedroom and a bathroom with 2nd toilet. Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms with large beds, a sitting room, kitchen and a bathroom with 3rd toilet. On the first level is a large swimming pool with seating areas and adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. Behind the house there is a hidden terrace between the trees with lots of peace and a beautiful view. We have worked hard for 1.5 years to renovate Casa el Sueño and meet all modern requirements but with respect for nature. Eco-friendly; The solar panels provide energy and the water (which in Javea does not come from nature, but from the sea with large desalination plants) is purified twice. We have a descaler for soft water. There is also a separate tap for extra filtered delicious water. Plastic bottles are therefore no longer necessary. At the bottom of the mountain there is an "environmental station" for all possible waste separation for reuse.
