The large swimming pool is a radiant centerpiece between the terraces and the greenery. From the first coffee in the morning to long summer evenings under the stars. The spacious naya can also be closed with a gate so that small children cannot just walk to the pool.
Under the naya, with a good glass of wine while the (grand) children take one last dip. During the day you can enjoy the sun here, but there are also plenty of shady places to retreat to with a book or a nice long lunch. The outdoor kitchen completes it. Cooking together, extensive dining, barbecuing until late at night — these are exactly the evenings you want to remember.

You really have the best of both worlds here: the vibrant life of the Costa Blanca within reach, but at home completely in your own oasis of privacy.
**An environment with a beautiful history - 2000 years of viticulture**
In addition to the proximity of Javea and Moraira, Casa Dorada is situated in a place where you can admire the beautiful agricultural history of the area. The vineyards and olive trees in the campo around El Poble Nou de Benitatxell are often very old — many of them have been around for generations. The agricultural history of the area even dates back to Roman times. Archaeological finds in L'Abiar - known for its Arabic origins, the Els Pous de l'Abiar, with underground wells/reservoirs and a recently restored historic washhouse. These show that viticulture has been taking place here for more than 2,000 years. It is an important cultural heritage and also a beautiful walking route.
